Flavors

All of our flavors have been curated to fit our mission of producing "functional kombucha" - that is, using herbs and medicinals to aid in the healing of the body. Each flavor starts with a sweet tea made with organic sugar. There is no added sugar after the fermentation and is not back sweetened in any way. 

We source local and organic ingredients as often as possible. We love experimenting with both farmed and foraged local fruits and veggies that are in season.
